It amazes me how quickly time flies. January seems like it just started and now it is already February. It has truly been a great month. We brought in the New Year in Toxey, celebrated Adam's birthday, got a month closer to the BIG day, my friend/roommate, Kylie got engaged, and we started our first endeavor in the ministry. God is good.
The biggest thing that has happened in our lives this month,like I said earlier, is Adam getting a new job. He is now the Children's Associate at our church (Dauphin Way Baptist). We are kicking off a Children's Worship service March the 18th and are so excited. I am so blessed to be apart of this new ministry. We both have a heart for children and a passion to see them learn and grow closer to our Lord. DWBC is also a special place for us as a couple. Dauphin Way is the place where Adam and I met for the first time and is the church we will become husband and wife in. I think I speak for Adam when I say he is so honored to start his ministry in that church.
Pray for Adam as he starts this new
journey and pray for me that I will be what I need to be for him!
We are excited about being a month closer to May. I am quickly filling up weekends with showers and wedding planning details. This stage in the engagement is a blast. I am past the point of major decision planning and on to the detail part. My mom has been amazing through it all, I definitely could not be doing it without her!
Last Saturday my sweet friend/roommate Kylie got engaged. I can't wait for her wedding day as well. This summer is going to be full of fun weddings. (I will also be Mrs. Adam Tait at her wedding and that makes my heart so happy!) 420 is overloaded with wedding magazines, books and planning!
