It was so nice to spend the day with Adam.
We started the day by heading to one of your favorite spots downtown, Hopjacks! We love the fries! If you have a chance you must go.
(side note: never order two, one is definitely big enough to share)
After sharing some fries and bacon artichoke dip (another one of our favorites) we went browsing around downtown!
We ran up on this little place. We quickly fell in love. It has some of the best antiques we have found and the prices were great! Adam scored a few things for his "soon to be" study/office and I got a few things for the house.
If you are wondering where it is located, it is across from the Saenger Theatre on the corner!
We spent the rest of the afternoon piddling around. We went to a few of our other favorite spots in Mobile: Antiques at the Loop, AO, Metzger's (we had to confirm ties and suits for the wedding), and Stein Mart. Adam got a new messenger bag at Alabama Outdoors for his birthday!
The big birthday celebration ended with dinner at the Hungry Owl with our good friends Jerry and Jessica Tims. It is never a dull moment when the four of us get together!
Happy Birthday Jonathan Adam Tait. You are loved and I can not wait to celebrate many more birthdays!
