Wedding Day Recap!

We have been married ONE WHOLE YEAR. Wow, where has the time gone? Adam and I just got back from a little trip for our anniversary and I can't think of a better way to start the summer. I will be filling you in on our trip soon but first I want to recap our wedding day.

I am participating in a June link-up series, with a few other newylwed girls, and I would love for you to link up as well. You can find the details here. It doesn't matter if you are a newlywed, engaged, or have been married for several years. I would love to hear from you and your thoughts on the journey of marriage. Each Wednesday, in June, we will writing on a different topic from our first year of marriage. If you aren't married yet or have been married longer than a year, feel free to make the topic fit for you!

Adam and I said, "I DO" on May 26, 2012 at Dauphin Way Baptist Church. The day was perfect.  To celebrate our anniversary, I wanted to share a few of my favorite moments from the wedding and what better way to do that than a blog post full of pics!

My sweet bridesmaids and family prayed, for the day, before everything got started.

Sweet Abbi, (cousin of the bride), was signing my wedding shoes. This was my "something blue" for the wedding.

My Dad passed away when I was a baby. This was a card he had sent my mom, while he was away at work one time. She then gave it to me! Our perfect are the words?

First time seeing each other! We met at the front of the church,
just the two of us, and
our photographer snapped some pictures!

I love my bowtie wea\ring husband!

I could not have asked for a better wedding party. These people are our absolute favorite in the whole world.

My sweet grandfather walked me down the isle.

We had a cookie bar, filled with all of our favorites, at the reception!

Who can get married in Mobile without shrimp and grits?

Wedding favors! We love St. Jude and everything it does for children.

We could not have made it without these people. Our parents are amazing! We love you dearly.
